Many of us are looking for solutions to problems, especially with mental health. We feel stuck. We are trapped in repeated cycles of anxiety, worry, fears, and dysfunctional thinking. We are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. All of this makes it hard to not only reach our life goals but also to manage our everyday tasks.
I offer genuine open-mindedness through individual therapy to adults that focuses on a person as a whole. My style is a holistic approach based upon individual needs that include elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and positive psychology. The design of this is to be able to meet you where you are at in life and help you find the capacity to change. I strongly believe in a collaborate relationship where your treatment is led by you within a welcome, safe space will encourage successful results. Life is often referred to as a journey, but you do not have to do this alone.
