Life can be very challenging at times. We often take care of our physical health and other needs, but may not focus on our mental health. We all deserve to take a step back and take care of ourselves. Many times depression, anxiety and stress can become overwhelming. Taking time to focus on issues like these can help move life in a much more positive direction.
The therapeutic process is an individual journey for each person I work with. I have many years of experience working with individual with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem as well as learning disabilities. I also have a daughter with developmental disabilities and have worked with parents and family members in similar circumstances.
As a therapist, I tend to support, empathize, challenge and encourage change and help individuals move forward on their journey.
