I would be honored to work with you on your emotional/mental wellness journey.  As your counselor, I view my role as your consultant in this process, as you are the expert in your life.  We will work together side by side in establishing the goals you want to accomplish, based on the concerns that you have for yourself.   We will also identify your strengths, incorporating these into the work. These strategies will support you in your lifelong wellness journey. 

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Reality Therapy (RT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Mindfulness Practices; along with utilizing play and art therapy techniques.  I am open to incorporating Faith based strategies.
