I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to providing support to adults facing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and the effects of day-to-day or traumatic stress. I hold a Master’s of Education and a Master’s of Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use recovery settings, which allows me to offer a well-rounded perspective.

I provide individual therapy with a genuine and open-minded approach. My therapeutic style is tailored to each individual's needs, incorporating elements of solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support healing and growth.

I believe that therapy is a teamwork-based journey, and I work alongside my clients as a supportive partner, empowering them to envision and achieve a fulfilling and balanced life.

I am able to offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
